Premiere Date Highlights

It has been nearly two years since season 3 of The Boys ended, and although we got tiny glimpses of both Homelander (Antony Starr) and Billy (Karl Urban) in last year’s spin-off series Gen V, we’ve been patiently waiting to find out when we can return to the main series. We finally have our answer, as Prime Video has announced season 4 of The Boys will premiere on Thursday, June 13, 2024 with three of its eight episodes dropping together. After that, the remaining five episodes will stream weekly until the season finale airs on July 18. The new season will pick up after the fallout of The Boys’ confrontation with Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) and Homelander, with Billy fighting his terminal illness, Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit) consolidating political power, and Homelander essentially able to do whatever he wants without significant consequences.

A new X-Men show is finally here. Marvel released the trailer for X-Men ’97, premiering on Disney+ on March 20. The story continues from the ’90s show X-Men: The Animated Series, with X-Men members Cyclops, Wolverine, Rogue, Beast, Morph, Gambit, Bishop, Jubilee, and more picking up the pieces after the death of Professor X. An accompanying X-Men ’97 comic will also debut on March 27, helping bridge the gap between the two series.

AMC announced Season 2 of Interview with the Vampire will premiere on May 12. The show continues in the year 2022, with vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) retelling the story of 1940 New Orleans, when he and teen vampire Claudia (now played by Delainey Hayles) tried to kill Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid). As Louis and Claudia escape to Europe on a mission to find Old World Vampires and the Theatre Des Vampires, Louis meets vampire Armand (Assad Zaman), marking the start of a love affair that will prove to have devastating consequences across time.

The final season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch debuts exclusively on Disney+ with a three-episode premiere on February 21. In a new trailer and teaser poster, Disney+ revealed the third season of the spinoff show from the Emmy-award winning series Star Wars: The Clone Wars will be its last. The final season centers on the Batch’s fight to reunite with Omega as she battles obstacles of her own inside a remote Imperial science lab. The series finale will air on May 1.

Part Two of the adult animated superhero series Invincible will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 14. In honor of the 21st anniversary of the comic book, Prime Video announced that four new episodes will air weekly for the second half of Season 2. The story follows 18-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun) as he rebuilds his life following Nolan’s (J.K. Simmons) betrayal in Season 1. His greatest fear? Becoming his father, the most powerful superhero on the planet, without even knowing it.
